About us: "We are passionate about making software less frustrating."

Webnographer is a new start-up with offices in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Portugal, founded by Sabrina Mach and James Page. Webnographer specialises in remote usability testing.

Both Sabrina and James are active in the UX community. Both of them have helped organise UxCampEurope in Berlin, and together with Danny Hope they organised UxBrighton 2010. They have given workshops on remote user research at UxLisbon and at EuroIA.

James Page

James started off as a programmer, but soon realised that, to see what he has created was becoming a reality, he would have to be entrepreneur as well.

James has been involved in a number of start ups, including Eidos (who went on to launch Tomb Raider), and Deckchair.com with Bob Geldof.

He is passionate about making software less frustrating and easier to use.

Sabrina Mach

Sabrina has a background in market research, design and human computer interaction.

Sabrina has a MSc from the University College London, where her MSc project compared the benefits and trade-offs between conventional lab testing and unmoderated remote usability testing.

She frequently gives talks on remote usability testing, including at the UPA in Berlin, EuroIA, and at UxBrighton 2010.

She is passionate about making web evaluations easier, more effective and measurable.
